I'm no longer able to log in

I just wanted to log in to your webshop again, but it doesn't work anymore.

 

Answer:

Here are a few tips:

- We have a new webshop since February 1, 2023. We have of course moved your account with us, but we could not take the password with us. If you have not logged in since then, we therefore ask you to assign a new password: shop.lcd-module.com/account/recover You will then receive an e-mail with a link for the new assignment; please also search for this e-mail in your spam folder if necessary.

- Is the "Caps-Lock" key activated for capitalization?

- Is the e-mail address or LoginID spelled correctly?

- If you have forgotten your password, please enter a new one: shop.lcd-module.com/account/recover. You will then receive an e-mail with a link to enter a new password; please also check your spam folder for this e-mail.
