Sampling Plan
Unless there is other agreement, the sampling plan for incoming inspection shall
follow MIL-STD-105E.
Lot size: Quantity per shipment as one lot (different model as different lot).
Sampling type: Normal inspection, single sampling.
Sampling level: Level II.
AQL: Acceptable Quality Level
Major defect: AQL=0.65
Minor defect: AQL=1.0
Condition test
No change on display and in operation under the following test condition:
Condition: Unless otherwise specified, tests will be conducted under the following condition.
Temperature: 20±5oC.
Humidity: 65±5 RH%.
Tests will be not conducted under functioning state.
| No. | Parameter | Condition | Notes |
| 1 | High Temperature Operating | 70oC±2oC, 240hrs (Operation state). | |
| 2 | Low Temperature Operating | -20oC±2oC, 240hrs (Operation state). | 1 |
| 3 | High Temperature Storage | 80oC±2oC, 240hrs. | 2 |
| 4 | Low Temperature Storage | -30oC±2oC, 240hrs. | 1,2 |
| 5 | High Temperature and High Humidity Operation Test | 60oC±2oC, 90%, 240hrs. | 1,2 |
| 6 | Vibration Test | Total fixed amplitude: 1.5mm. Vibration Frequency: 10~55Hz. One cycle 60 seconds to 3 direction of X, Y, Z each 15 minutes. | 3 |
| 7 | Drop Test | To be measured after dropping from 60cm high on the concrete surface in packing state.
 |
Notes:
1. No dew condensation to be observed.
2. The function test shall be conducted after 4 hours storage at the normal temperature and humidity after removed from the test chamber.
3. Vibration test will be conducted to the product itself without putting I in a container.
Panel Inspection Condition
Environment: Room Temperature: 20±5°C.
Humidity: 65±5% RH.
Illumination: 300 ~ 700 Lux.
Inspection Distance: 30±5 cm
Inspection Angle: max. 40°; the vision of inspector should be perpendicular to the surface of the module.

Display Quality
Function Related:
The function defects of line defect, abnormal display, and no display are
considered Major defects.
Bright/Dark Dots:
| Defect Type | Specification | Major | Minor |
| Bright Dots | N<= 2 | • | |
| Dark Dots | N<= 3 | • | |
| Total Bright and Dark Dots | N<= 4 | • |
Notes:
1. The definition of dot: The size of a defective dot over 1/2 of whole dot is regarded
as one defective dot.
2. Bright dot: Dots appear bright and unchanged in size in which LCD panel is
displaying under black pattern.
3. Dark dot: Dots appear dark and unchanged in size in which LCD panel is
displaying under pure red, green, blue pattern.
